, having the time to think some new interesting ideas over I was planning that If i can get an oppurtinity yes or no response to become HT=Head trainer or HR= Headrecruiter and I know that Nimrod --KinG- will say that i dont deserve it or anything like that but just to blurt it out to shut him up ive owned u 3-2 2v1 survivor ur lucky i didnt record it ...... But back to business If you guys dont think i deserve either HT or HR, or if you think i do deserve it speak or forever hold your breathe.......If i have to fight for it then bring on the challenge cause im ready for anything!!!! CHAAAAA!!!!!

there is no need for another head recruiter , as the point of the head recruiter is to control the normal recruiters , thats why killa was the best man to do it .

there is no need for a head trainer , as the mentoring program is about to begin , and all the mentors will be training / teaching their mentee's , which is better than one trainer trying to teach 8 different people

no idea , it's not like we have 20 recruiters so we need two head recruiters ... , it's only 6 , it's just not needed , and besides i can think of someone else that could be head recruiter , not that we need it ( dway dway) , and Head trainer is simply out of the question all together

Recruiting isnt really needed at the moment. Me and the recruiters below me are just ya know.....sitting around until the clan calls on us to bring in new faces.
