If this thread at a wrong section for some reason, can a staff move it to a right section?

Anyway I got a link for a banner request I want to have on my sig. Some effects I'll like on it except blurry, I like the banner sharp to see all around. I don't know much what to request on the pic but trying some style or effects shouldn't be that bad right? Here's the link
