Bison isnt overpowered, ppl just complain cuz of the size of his move, but they never said shit when shinryuken and shin shoryuken used to take 3x a shinkuu.
And then his moves arent all that powerful unless you get hit by the whole thing.
But if you wanna complain we can do this ish max-1 Level. | |
