Co Leader is a big responsibility,you need to watch over everything,its not just a title,its something big called responsibility,skill,activnes,kindness,to know what to do on hard situation,to decide alot of matters and other things,so before you do it you need realy to think 3 times abouth it,also he need to be cool too (i mean like dont to get on every provocation pissed thats why i say just cool down)also dont abuse his tittle of a CO Leader, i could mention alot of other things.
