I have found out a way you can be a huge ass and ruin someones mobile phone. I reccomend you do this with "free sms'es" only. Lets say you have 16 free smses and 1 full message = 200 characters.
Then with 3200 characters free, its more than enough to do some damage.
What you do is you download or install from a cd (usually aquired with phone) a pc suite or pc manager. Most of these have a "compose sms" or "create sms" or "new text message." Now you need a DOS program (these work best) or you could try any program. What you do is open the PROGRAM in a text application such as Microsoft Word or Notepad. You should see pages full of text and crazy symbols. What you wanna do is send some of it to someone you might not like that much
. What will happen is not that is has any viral or worm effects on the phone, and therefore is 100% legal. What will happen is:
Your text is too long for one message, so multiple messages will be sent (in this example 16). These messages will flow one after the other, and will have different effects on different phones:
Old phones: Old phones (that have maybe 4 mgbs memory) and still use poly tones will be completely overwhelmed by the rapid recieving of messages, as the symbols are of higher density than normal text. 16 messages later the phone will display up to 12 error messages with "insufficient memory" reoccuring. This is followed by the phone resetting several times. Eventually the proccesor will simply cease to funtion for severaly hours.
Newish phones: s40-type phones are a bit more modern but will soon meet an annoying fate. The phone will be almost un-controllable for several minutes as "1 new message 2 new messages" overwhelmes the user and the phone. This will have no major effect on the phone, however text traffic will be affected, and the 16 messages may be spread over several hours causing all sorts of havoc. it will inevitably reset.
Modern phones: Modern phones can handle the load as long as they have alot of excess memory. If a phone full of content gets spammed its a different story. Also in order to fare well it must have no packt data or web connection, as well as no programs open; or else the above will happen.
New Phones: Extremely new phones and mobile computers may fare terribly.Because of the DOS text, the phone might attempt to open it with various programs, try to block some messages, etc. If any other programs are open the phone will crash. 16 messages later and countless security features and opening and closing of programs thier inbox will be full and the cpu at 89% capacity. Programs that run the phone struggle for cpu and the phone will crash and resett.
ALL OF THE ABOVE have the possibility of simply shutting the phone off. All also have the possibility of simply taking it as the messages may have time between them.

You can cause serious damage to phones and is only reccomended for reall assholes like pedophiles or politicians.
